Two (2) recent coloured passport photographs (preferably with a white background)
A valid means of identification e.g. International passport, Driver’s license, National Identity Card or INEC Voters card
Recent Utility bill (within 3 months to the date of submission) e.g. PHCN Bill, Water rate Bill, LAWMA Bill etc.
A valid resident/work permit (for foreigners)
Duly completed account opening forms signed by the signatory/signatories to the account (in case of a joint account)

A credit search has to be conducted through XDS Credit Bureau at a fee to be paid by the customer
20% percent equity contribution of the loan amount
Two confirmed suitable guarantors with undated signed cheque leaflets
Statement of account of the borrower from another bank and
Statement of account of either of the guarantor from another bank
